Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For an order with multiple goods delivered separately, the period starts the day you (or your nominee) received the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post, email or our optional online withdrawal form) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days expire.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For bulky tracks that cannot normally be returned by post, the actual return costs are estimated at no more than approximately €50 per track from any of our delivery countries. This is an estimate, not a fixed charge or handling fee. For ordinary postal accessories, you bear the direct return postage. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Catalogue tracks and genuinely customised goods

Fixed catalogue layouts and standard sizes, including Community catalogue tracks, have the statutory right of withdrawal described above. Production after ordering, absence of stock and direct dispatch by a print shop do not in themselves remove that right.

The exception under § 312g(2) No. 1 BGB applies only to goods made to genuinely individual customer specifications, such as a personalised design or nonstandard custom dimensions, where the statutory conditions are met.

We do not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges beyond statutory rights. Your statutory rights for defects or transport damage remain unaffected; the necessary costs of remedying defects are not charged to you.

Digital content and production files

For paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14-day withdrawal period starts at conclusion of the contract. The right expires early only when performance begins after your prior express consent to early performance, your acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the right, and the confirmation required by § 312f BGB (§ 356(6) No. 2 BGB). Payment alone does not end the right. Production files are delivered manually by email after payment; statutory rights for defective content remain unaffected.
